PROJECT OBJECTIVES<\/h3>\n

To solve technological and automation problems for com\u00adbining painting and flock technics of metallic springs. Development of a production plant which con paint by using anti-corrosion products and flock the metal\u00adlic springs.<\/p>\n

ABSTRACT<\/h3>\n

This project combines the development of new raw materials (chemicals and flock) with the specific needs of the product (metallic springs), for both pro\u00adduction purposes (high productivity plant) and for the performance of the product (high quality product). The main activities are:
\n– design and realisation of a prototype production plant for the painting with anti-corrosion products and for the metallic spring flocking
\n– development of specific chemicals
\n– performance tests of the products created with the prototype plant
\nThe prototype plant developed in the project has the requested characteristics. The very positive results obtained in this research project allowed the devel\u00adopment of four industriai production plants.<\/p>\n
