Company profile

Martur Italy S.r.l. is part of the Üstünberk Holding, whose brand is Martur Fompak International, has inside the processes for fabrics in the Automotive sector. Martur Italy was founded in 2004 as an engineering company. It was established with the aim of developing and managing R&D projects on behalf of the group’s companies, suppliers of seats and internal components of the first plant in the Automotive sector. In recent years Martur Italy has strengthened its presence in Italy by opening a factory in Grugliasco (Turin) for the production of JIS (Just In Sequence) car seats for the 500 electric – FCA, which entered production in August 2020, and two Research and Development Centers (R&D), in Bari and Modugno (BA) dedicated to the study and development of innovative mechanisms. It has further maintained and strengthened the R&D office in Turin, where internally developed components are engineered and industrialized; it also has a logistics office in Salerno where components for car interiors are stored (produced in Turkey) to be distributed to the various FCA plants located in Italy.
