Pattern Spa is a leading company in the design, engineering, and production of fashion for the most important brands of international luxury fashion. The company, founded in 2000 by Franco Martorella and Fulvio Botto, started a structured growth process in 2017 that ended in 2022 with the creation of the Italian Luxury Design Hub. Following the listing on the Euronext Growth Milan market of the Italian Stoke Exchange in 2019, Pattern continued the strong growth for external lines with the acquisition of 10 companies, each leader in design and production in different luxury product categories. The Pattern Group is now present with 12 companies (13 locations) in 7 regions of Italy (Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Umbria and Puglia), is positioned in the main categories of luxury goods (men’s and women’s lines, clothing and accessories, still fabric, knitwear, and leather goods) starting from the phase of Research and Design up to the Production. Pattern Spa is also the first Italian company in the sector to have obtained, in 2013, the SA8000/Social Accountability Certification and, since 2019 an ESG Rating, confirming the company’s strategic choice to invest in sustainability, technology, and human resources.
