Fabrics sensitive to pH.

OBJECTIVES

Through the industrial development of the dyeing process, the SensiChrom project aims to produce textile materials sensitive to the pH of the environment, to the solution with which they come into contact or depending on the type of washing carried out.

Cluster Development Line: Functionalizations, Smart Textiles and Eco-process.

Design Trajectories of the Cluster: Textiles for Diversified Uses and Textile-Furniture.

The SensiChrom project take part in the strategy of smart specialization of the Piedmont Region “Innovation of the production system” and “Innovation for health” transforming and strengthening the sectors of traditional Piedmont industry through product innovation and enhancing new skills developed in response to the challenges imposed by changes in society, such as “ageing society” and energy saving.
